The book is very much focused on Dr.Hauschka and do-it-yourself cosmetics, but also enjoyable for all readers who are 'just' interested in understanding their skin, in natural cosmetics and in a beautiful lifestyle.
What I love most of this book is the holistic approach of it, as inner and outer beauty cannot be separated.
It motivated me more than any book to really take the extra step to go green in your beauty routine.

Het is in het Duits geschreven maar ik hoorde van vele Nederlanders dat het erg makkelijk te begrijpen is, immers zijn de ingrediënten in het Latijn opgeschreven, net zo als op je cosmetica zelf.
